My name is Anes Mariya Lavy, most of you know me as 'Ansa'. In 2022, I graduated from the University of Worcester with a degree in Psychology. Following this, I pursued my Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology from Bangor University. Currently, I am working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in the NHS.

I have always been passionate about Psychology, and aspire to become a Clinical Psychologist one day. I'd like to use this platform to share my thoughts/views on several topics, including psychology, travel, mental health awareness, culture/identity, existence, and the joys of celebrating life to its finest!
